• You may not offer any of the graphic elements from our themes, or any graphic elements created by Yellow Rose Designs, for sale or for free in other graphic collections.
• Businesses or Individuals who purchase a custom theme have the right to transfer the purchased theme as part of the sale or transfer of their business and/or website, however they may not continue using the purchased theme after the transfer is complete. They may not sell a purchased theme created for them by Yellow Rose Graphic Design.
